salaam namaste!
i am suffering from world cup fever. here's my daily timetable.
sportscenter at 7.30pm.
dinner afterwards.
first soccer match at 9pm.
break/nap time at 11+ pm.
alarm rings for next match at 12pm.
continuous soccer-watching till 5+ am.
off to bed.
wake up at 10+ am.
wander around aimlessly.
try my hardest to concentrate on my tuition kids.
routine starts all over again.
except on tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays where the O.C, project runway and lost take precedence.haha.
my goal in four years? to go for the world cup in south africa. i wanna carry my italia scarf and wave it so aggressively around until my hand jams/dislocates. i wanna scream at the top of my lungs, with the millions of people all over the world. if nothing else, i just wanna soak up the undescribable feeling - the electric atmosphere where pride and emotions are right up there. if i can afford it, i'll go down to england sometime before that and watch a liverpool game. scarf, screaming, hotdogs, beer and all.
i was reading the paper a few days ago when i saw a picture of peter crouch's recent girlfriend. now, im sure she's really, truly in love with him. money is definitely not a factor in their relationship, i presume. just like dwight yorke and jordan and the deep, cherished love they shared.

after watching salaam namaste yesterday, i felt the urge to pour out my dil, not necessarily about pyaar, but simply about stuff. i cried so much my world cup timetable was almost ruined. i think im dil to paagal hai! im jotting down as many hindi words as i can remember/figure out the meaning to in an exercise book, for future reference. what future reference, i really don't know. but it's just cool to write in hindi, albeit in the english version.
